Print on Demand (POD) is a fulfilment model where products are printed only after a customer places an order. With GetPrintX, you don’t need to purchase inventory or manage warehousing. Simply upload your designs, connect your online store, and start selling. Whenever an order is received, we print, quality-check, pack, and dispatch it directly to your customer under your brand.
No. GetPrintX operates on a zero-inventory model. Since products are manufactured only after an order is placed, you don’t need to invest in stock upfront. This allows you to launch new products, test designs, and grow your business without worrying about unsold inventory or storage costs.
No. There is no minimum order quantity. Whether you receive one order or one thousand, every order is processed with the same quality standards. This flexibility makes GetPrintX suitable for creators, startups, established brands, and businesses of every size.
Getting started is simple. Upload your artwork, choose the product you want to sell, position your design using our product templates, set your selling price, and publish it to your online store. Once a customer places an order, GetPrintX handles the entire fulfilment process from production to delivery.

GetPrintX uses high-quality Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing technology to produce vibrant, durable prints on a wide range of apparel. Our production process is designed to deliver sharp details, accurate colours, and long-lasting results that maintain their quality even after multiple washes.
For the best print quality, we recommend uploading artwork in PNG format with a transparent background. High-resolution PDF, AI, or PSD files may also be supported depending on your workflow. To achieve the best results, always use high-quality artwork and avoid compressed or low-resolution images.
We recommend designing your artwork at 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch) using the correct print dimensions. Higher-resolution files produce sharper prints and more accurate colours, while low-resolution artwork may appear blurry or pixelated after printing.
Production begins once your order is received and successfully processed. Most orders are printed, quality checked, and prepared for dispatch within our standard production timeline, allowing your customers to receive their products as quickly as possible.
Yes. GetPrintX is built around a 48-hour dispatch commitment for eligible orders. Once production and quality checks are completed, orders are handed over to our courier partners for delivery. During peak sale periods or public holidays, dispatch times may vary slightly depending on order volume.

Running a business comes with questions beyond fulfilment. Here are answers about payments, returns, replacements, RTO management, and the support available to help your business grow with confidence.
GetPrintX pricing is based on the selected product, printing requirements, and shipping destination. The fulfilment cost is displayed before you publish or process an order, allowing you to set your own selling price and profit margin with complete transparency.
No. GetPrintX believes in transparent pricing. There are no hidden fulfilment charges, monthly platform fees, or unexpected costs. You only pay the fulfilment cost for the orders processed through our platform.
Your customer payments are handled through your selling platform or payment gateway. GetPrintX charges only the fulfilment cost for completed orders, allowing you to retain the remaining revenue as your profit after applicable platform or payment gateway fees.
If a shipment is returned because it could not be delivered, it is classified as a Return to Origin (RTO). Eligible RTO orders are securely stored for up to 90 days, allowing you to reship them directly from your dashboard without placing a new production order.
We stand behind the quality of every product we produce. If an order qualifies under our replacement policy due to a verified manufacturing or fulfilment issue, we’ll replace the product or provide an appropriate resolution. Claims should be submitted within the applicable reporting period along with supporting images.
Our Merchant Success team is available to assist with onboarding, fulfilment, order tracking, technical questions, and general account support. You can reach us through the Contact Us page, email, or the available support channels within your merchant dashboard.
Orders can usually be edited or cancelled only before production begins. Once printing has started, changes may no longer be possible. If you need to modify an order, contact our support team immediately after placing it for the best chance of making the requested changes.
If you experience any issue related to printing, packaging, dispatch, or delivery, contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting photographs if applicable. This helps us investigate and resolve your request more efficiently.
All your orders can be tracked from your GetPrintX Merchant Dashboard. You’ll have access to real-time order statuses, production progress, dispatch updates, courier tracking information, and delivery confirmations—all in one place.
If a customer receives a product with a manufacturing defect, printing issue, or fulfilment error, simply report it through your merchant dashboard or contact our support team with clear photographs and order details. After verification, we’ll arrange a suitable resolution in accordance with our replacement policy.
